The Art of Sadhana, is a 6-month seasonal journey that invites you to explore the depths of your being while aligning with the cycles of nature. This program is divided into two modules detailed below.

Yoga (Asana)

Yoga as an embodied movement practice serves as the foundation of physical and mental discipline.

Regular practice provides the tools for self-awareness and resilience. Through asana (postures), participants develop a strong, flexible body and a calm, focused mind, essential components for sustainable personal transformation.

Meditation + Pranayama

A daily practice of meditation and conscious breathing maintains a healthy nervous system, fosters a deep connection with your intuition, and cultivates present-moment awareness.

Ayurveda

Utilizing an understanding of the five elements of ether, air, fire, water and earth, and how these elements apply to our everyday lives enables the participant to encourage balance in mind, body, and spirit.

With Ayurveda, maintain harmony and vitality throughout your transformative journey and beyond.

Yogic Philosophy

The ancient texts of India offer insight and guidelines for how to move through life with grace and provide cultural context for the yogic practices we utilize in the west.

As you explore the roots of Yoga, deepen your understanding of how to integrate these powerful practices into your life.

In addition to an overview of philosophies ocontained within the main yogic paths, throughout the program we will explore wisdom from Bhagavad Gita, Patañjali’s Yoga Sutras, the Puranas, and the Veda-s.

Mantra + Sound Healing

The vibrational power of mantra and music can be utilized to harmonize and clear the mind, facilitating deep introspection and emotional release.

Japa (repetition of a mantra), is a technology that retrains neural pathways to be more present. Chanting regularly in your personal practice can make enormous transformations in both your inner and outer worlds.

The gods & goddesses in Vedic literature are forms that have evolved from different lines of cosmic intelligence that are inside each one of us.
